We design, build and commission feed racking solutions for new or operating production lines, we make the process simple by having in house designers and engineers. Our flow racking solutions will eliminate any unnecessary work and ensure material flow can be optimised. Unless other materials are required we build flow racking out of our patented aluminium extrusion, this extrusion allows quick and easy adjustment whilst keeping the same durability and strength of existing solutions.

We specialise in the production of Poke-Yoke Jigs, Our in house designers, machinists and engineers have extensive knowledge about this field of work, we have carried out and operate with some of the largest automotive manufactures within Europe. Other than mechanical applications we also design and build various electrical panels, we have experience in areas such as automation lines, complex input and output systems, fully automated production lines and various power applications. We utilise the very latest programmable logic controllers, interfaces and numerous other vital components, however we are not limited to new technology as our experience allows us to maintain and repair existing panels with older components.
